Astromart belongs to a special group of esoteric software programs, to an application group that's designed to divine an interested user's astrological chart. Upon entering a date, time and a geological position, the tiny utility maps out an illustrated wheel. Take note, much of the information mapped out in an astrology chart will mean very little to the uninitiated. To fully take advantage of the program's spiritually tuned features, the user in question should already know something about this arcane topic.

Just to emphasize the point, this is a small program, but it's loaded with astrological data. The software writer realized that such specialized databases were hard to interpret, so the info has been simplified so that a novice can call up a chart. Under the dropdown File Menu, that's where the New Chart entry is located. Upon mousing over this pull-down, a smaller window pops open. A moment later, after entering the desired Time, Date and Location, a larger screen replaces the small input form. It's in here that pages of tabulated information list various heavenly bodies. The opening page compiles a number of hard to decipher columns, which are filled with angular ascension data. This info is then tied to all 12 of the zodiacal houses. Scrolling down, there are quite a few additional pages of astrological text to sift through in Astromart. They start with lists of esoteric planetary transits and progressions, then they continue apace down towards a formated table full of personality traits.

For the seasoned digital astrologer, the number-crunched text charts might suit their needs, but what if all of that arithmetical information confuses a novice? Not to worry, the text can be converted into a clock-like chart. Under the Graphics menu, the Graphics Only section calls up an Aspect Wheel. Mapped on that Birth Chart, a ring of the various zodiac houses contains a holistic view of a particular birth date's divined personality traits. Other graphical formats can be selected when using the charting function. They include a line chart and a moon cycle graph. Essentially, an enlightened astrologer would use pages of text and intricate charts to seek out a person's unique planetary map, and that enterprise would likely cost a pretty penny or two. Alternatively, by turning to Astromart and its digitally rendered services, a would-be diviner can conjure up their own cosmic charts.

Just as a by-the-way, although hobbyist planetary diviners can indeed look up their own Natal Charts, this is a trial program. The software will stop working after 30 days. And, even though it will function properly over that 1 month trial period, the occasional nag screen will be thrown up to frustrate a user's esoteric musings.
